This Week at Stanway Primary School
Reception have been enjoying The Three Little Pigs and learning all about time in Maths.
Year One received a cheeky letter from their glue sticks and scissors, who announced they were on strike! The children wrote persuasive letters to encourage them back, and learned to find quarters of a quantity in Maths.
Year Two started their exciting new topic on Africa, exploring the fable The Lion and the Mouse. In Maths, they practised using subtraction to work out change.
Well done to all our pupils for a brilliant week!
