This Week at Stanway Primary School What a fantastic week across the school! Year 3 explored redesigning our school grounds – sharing brilliant ideas like planting flowers, bug hotels and covered areas. They created models, wrote persuasive letters and worked brilliantly as a team! Year 4 designed and made amazing Greek vases in clay and have finished The Firework-Maker's Daughter. In Maths, they've begun learning about angles . Year 5 started Kensuke's Kingdom and described storms using similes and metaphors. Their playground redesign project included surveys , maps and creative models – fantastic teamwork! Year 6 are rehearsing their production with growing confidence and have impressed us with their landscape design project, presenting creative ideas to improve the EYFS area . Well done everyone – another brilliant week!
